Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production or fulfillment has not yet started. Because many MaryamMade products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accepted once an order has been submitted for production.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Because many MaryamMade products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer preference reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If the issue qualifies, we may provide a replacement or refund. In many cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other buyer preference reasons. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received an approved refund after a reasonable processing period, please contact your payment provider first and then reach out to us if you still need help.
