Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 2–7 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping method.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available; it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer preference reasons.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Products & Orders

Are MaryamMade products made to order?

Yes. Many MaryamMade products are produced after an order is placed, which helps us offer a wider variety of designs without holding large amounts of inventory.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods will be shown securely during checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to view orders and manage your details.
