MaryamMade products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, order volume, and shipping method selected.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, production may take longer.

Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping destination, and available shipping method. The applicable shipping cost and delivery information will be shown during checkout where available.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled by different production partners or locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive at different times.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you review the available tracking information.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.
